Sampling Methodologies

Samples of precipitation are collected regularly from bulk precipitation collectors located in Bradford and Ramara and, recently, on Georgina Island. A sub-sample of precipitation in the bulk collector is analyzed for total phosphorus and phosphorus loads are calculated by multiplying the concentration of bulk precipitation by recorded precipitation.
