Political Boundaries

There are three upper tier municipalities represented within the Lake Simcoe Watershed as well as 3 separate cities. The Regional municipalities of York and Durham, County of Simcoe, and the City of Kawartha Lakes are the upper tier municipalities. Local municipalities include Barrie and Orillia, Town of Aurora, Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury, Township of Brock, Town of East Gwillimbury, Town of Georgina, Town of Innisfil, Township of King, Town of Newmarket, Town of New Tecumseth, Township of Oro-Medonte, Township of Ramara, Township of Scugog, Township of Uxbridge, and Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville.
