Future Direction

As in previous phases, the LSEMS program continues to evolve to address existing and new issues and concerns. LSEMS III (2001 - 2007) program contains five specific areas where activities will be focused to fulfill the LSEMS goals. These include:

Activity B: Agriculture
Activity C: Urban
Activity D: Monitoring and Scientific Studies
Activity E: Public Awareness, Education and Community Action
